What's New - IndianTerminal v2.1 Beta
IndianTerminal v2.1 Beta - 2nd Gen. User Experience

June 21st: IndianTerminal proudly releases it brand new look. The most advanced and updated version - IndianTerminal v2.1 Beta. This thread is to discuss the new features of this version.

1. Easy Navigation

The top drop down navigation is the main attraction of the new Beta version. It not only avoids the scrolling through long pages, but also allows users to locate subsections with ease and one click. 7 Drop down categories are divided into different sections and its subsection. The drop down menu follows the pattern of - Down and Right.

2. Latest 5!

Latest 5! is located under the shoutbox. It is not a written column. It is a live feed form the particular section. That means it is an automated new thread broadcaster. This avoids the pain of constantly updating the new releases.

3. Footer

A new and improved footer is another feature that this beta version bring to the table. The footer is divided to 3 categories. Services- Links for user related features within the forum.
Resources - External features that are integrated with the forum to create a pool of highly informed users.
Info Center- For forum related information and support.

Services

* Online Radio - Live radio stations with of many hindi, malayalam, tamil songs.
* Randomizer - Generate the random video of the day.
* My Contacts - View your buddy list and who is Online/Offline.
* My Album - Upload pictures and organize them in albums.
* Credit Bank - Just like cash. Give em, receive em and be in the leader board.

Resources

* Open Subscriptions - View all the currently active packages for live TV, cricket and any other services.
* Twitter Follow us - Twitter.com/indianterminal helps us to share updates to the world.
* Youtube Channel - Our official youtube channel
* Make us your Homepage - One click to book mark us or make IndianTerminal.com your homepage.

4. RSS Feed
Use our RSS Feed in google, yahoo, bloglines or any other application.

5. New Forum Signature Rule
Users CANNOT use more than 2 images for signature. Images should be less than 700x300 resolution. Image file size should be under 200 KB. If your signature does not qualify for the above limitations, please do make the necessary changes. (Smileys wont count as images)
