General Rules & Regulations

Main Rule of IndianTerminal

Do Not steal any IndianTerminal Credit in any way like a Topic, a Mp3 file , a Video File or any other Ideas of IndianTerminal members. No one is allowed to copy the hard work. Your only allowed to Enjoy it. If we find out that anyone stealed anything from IndianTerminal- See Banned Section -Scrol Down
Credits of Anything in IndianTerminal should always goes to the orginal Maker/Releaser


1) No spamming, advertising or linking to any other sites of any kind: No external links to other websites such as movie forums, mp3 forums, newsletters, referrer based compensation, adult or commercial sites.

1.2) Start forum Activity:

Start a thread / topic in welcome and personal info to get show that who are you for other IndianTerminal members or introduce youself to know about you for other members.

1.4) Starting A New Thread Rule

1 Use search facility before posting new thread
2 You can only create a new thread if one does not previously exist or has been left dormant for more then atleast 2 months.

You can not just create a thread at your like. Doing so is considered as spam and the thread will be deleted.

If you really feel like you want to start a new thread, you must contact the original thread starter and ask them for permission. If they say yes, forward that PM to a mod of that forum and you can start a new one! If you cannot contact them, use shoutbox and ASK for permission to start a new thread.

2) Harassment & Bad Word/Language Uses

IndianTerminal members are not permitted to harass or use bad word against other members. Using Bad Words for any kind of reason, we will not tolerate, finding a have been using a bad word then we will - See Ban Section. So Please do not post any harmful, abusive, harassing, hateful, racially, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, violate the rights of others, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.

Please note that this also includes the posting on a forum for the purpose of demeaning that forum's topic and/or members.


3) No dual aliases. The Forum Admin can see your IP address with every post you make. An IP address identifies your computer and internet service provider. If you have a reasonable reason to make dual registry in this forum, then please send a email or PM with the any evidence that shows the reasons

If you feel another member is violating these guidelines in a manner that decreases the forum quality for others, happly alert the Administrator/Forum Moderator(s)as soom as Possible.

Banning

We will ban any members that may terminate your membership if you cross or violate the rules or TOS. If the situation warrants a time out, a temporary ban will be imposed ranging from 1 to 365 days depending on the offense.

If we find any members that coping IndianTerminal credits for any knid of reason, will face a permanent ban, but it will depend what did you copy from IndianTerminal

Spamming & Advertising will, depend as well, for the first tome we will warn you and delete the post or topic, then second time we will permanently ban you.

If You violate "Strating of New Thread", we will warn you first, if it happens again then we temporarily ban (ban for 3 days to 10 weeks, depends) if you do it serveral times, then it will cause you a permanent ban.

Using Inapropriate Language or Hrrasement aginst any members will cause you a permanent ban, but it will depend on the situation that you violate the rules.

Registering with two or more accounts/ dual or more alliases, we will ban you permanent as account and we will ban your IP Address, the unique no of Internet from your service provider.

Not agreeing with ur TOS will lead that you an't register at forums and Not Agreeing with our Disclaimer will lead that you are nt aloweded to ENter our Site.
